Home Yard Maintenance

The grass, weeds, and other plants that may grow up between homeowners fences, even on areas next to common area, is the responsibility of the resident to maintain. Our landscapers will not mow, cut, or trim back anything growing from between your fence boards to avoid damaging your fence. Please remember to be a good neighbor and clean along your fence and keep plants from growing through it to common areas and other neighbors.

Unappropriated Members Equity As the Board continues to work through the incredible challenges of a tough year, a recommendation was made from our standard annual auditors to move what is called the Unappropriated Members Equity from our operating fund into a reserve fund. The Board approved moving this fund into the pond reserve account to help  address the cost of the required dam construction and the funds are currently scheduled to transfer in October. If you have any questions or comments on this, please feel free to attend a Board meeting to discuss.

Monthly Minutes In accordance with emergency legislation allowing Homeowners Associations to suspend the need for in-person meetings during a state-of-emergency, and given the nature of the emergency that makes it impracticable and unsafe to assemble in a single location at this time, all Board meetings were held electronically and notification was provided by email.
