NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
2021 Annual Budget
At the September 2020 Board of Directors meeting, the Board voted to approve the 2021 Annual Budget, including a 5% increase to dues assessments.The budget will be mailed to all homeowners within the next month. The full budget is also available online here.
As a reminder to homeowners with auto-pay options, please go to your bank or payment site and adjust the payment amounts by January 1st to ensure dues stay current.
September Meeting Summary The following select actions were taken at the latest meeting. Full minutes are available here.
Approved the use of the virtual meeting software for one year.
A trash can to be purchased and installed along Stableview Terrace.
Contracts for 2021 were approved for snow removal, grounds maintenance, trash removal, and an SWMP pond project manager.
Landscaping improvements were approved for Jared Sq., Battlefield Parkway, Barnfield Square, Covington Terrace, and Whitney Place.
Safe and Spooky Halloween
In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines, Loudoun County has provided the following recommendations for a safe Halloween:
Instead of traditional door to door trick or treating, you can easily place goody bags or treats on sticks spaced out at the edge of your yard so little monsters can easily grab and go without getting too close.
Households should space out at least 6 feet when out at events.
Wash hands before handing out treats.
Avoid indoor parties and busy areas.

Monthly Minutes In accordance with emergency legislation allowing Homeowners Associations to suspend the need for in-person meetings during a state-of-emergency, and given the nature of the emergency that makes it impracticable and unsafe to assemble in a single location at this time, all Board meetings were held electronically and notification was provided by email.
