If you have ordered pool passes, please pick them up! We have hundreds of pool passes waiting for pick up at the Guard Shack at the pool. All pool pass requests have been processed as of July 1. Please check your email to see if more information is needed. If your passes are not picked up by the end of this year, replacement passes will need to be ordered next year at a cost $5 per pass. Thank you!

Construction Starting Soon! As the SWMP Pond Project nears completion of it's permitting process, construction is anticipated to begin at the pond within the next 2 months. An announcement will be sent via email the week before construction starts. The construction is expected to last 6-10 weeks. During this time, all access around the pond pathway that runs parallel to Route 15 Bypass, will be closed for the duration of the construction. Absolutely no one will be permitted in this area during construction and trespassers will be referred to the authorities. Please speak with your children and remind them to stay out of this area at all times while construction is ongoing for their safety!
The Clubhouse is Reopening As we have worked through the requirements and necessities to reopen, we are happy to announce Exeter will be reopening it's final amenity, the clubhouse! Rentals will be allowed after July 15th to give the Association time to get it cleaned, restart all necessary services, and ensure the clubhouse is ready for your next big party! Find rental information and availability here! Happy July 4th Don't forget to check out Leesburg's most patriotic displays at the Leesburg Independence Day Parade, starting at 10 a.m. Join your neighbors and have fun all along King Street from Ida Lee Park to Franklin Street. Also, the return of the Independence Day Celebration is much anticipated with the incredible fireworks display, vendors, music, and more at Ida Lee Park starting at 6 p.m!
June Meeting Summary
The following select actions were taken at the latest meetings. Full minutes are available here.
The Board agreed to permanently close it's sections of the pathway that runs behind the Point apartment complex due to hazardous conditions. Signs will be posted.
The Board is working to resolve recurring issues with the fountains in the Pond area.
The Board passed an electronic meeting resolution. Meetings would return to a Hybrid of virtual and in-person meetings in July for the Board. Committee meetings will remain virtual unless otherwise noted.
Construction of the SWMP Pond Project should be starting in the next 2 months if permits continue as expected.
Monthly Minutes With the end of the emergency order on June 30, 2021, an electronic meeting resolution was passed to allow the Board to continue with either in-person or virtual meetings as needed. For now, the Board will adopt hybrid meetings that allow Board members and residents to attend in person or virtually. Meeting minutes shall continue to be available here.
